Dear Parent/Guardian,
To ensure we comply with GDPR and safeguarding requirements due to the age of the children attending this event, we kindly ask you to complete this permission form regarding the use of the 360 Photo Booth. Please note, some children may wish to use the booth with their friends. It is your responsibility to ensure that if your child’s video contains other children, you must not upload it to social media unless you have consent from the parents of every child featured.
Data Handling and Safeguarding Information
• A designated Data Controller will distribute each child’s video individually and securely to the correct parent or guardian.
• All videos will be made available via a private event gallery, accessible through a unique QR code.
• Parents/guardians agree to download their child’s video within 48 hours of receiving their QR code.
• All videos will be permanently deleted by Party Hire Essentials 7 days after the event for safeguarding reasons.
• Party Hire Essentials will not be held responsible for how the videos are used or shared once they have been distributed.
